finished in 2:12 so for my first try at it, I really can't complain....had a great time and can now see how people get addicted to the rush...

ps. props to the 70ish year old woman who sped past me at one point.....made me feel like a total loser, but it was still motivating to see that...

Stop working out your quads and hams too much

My suggestion is getting some square bandages and wrap it around your upper leg to prevent chafing while running. Or, tracksuits with comfortable material that does not cause friction
