I never stopped liking trance, but I certainly have expanded beyond the spoon-fed trance that we get from Tiesto and Armin. I love love love them but I try and explore new producers to keep my mind/ear fresh.

With that said, Tiesto's Clublife sets have been absolutely sick as of late. If he plays like this live he will blast the little newbs right out of the park!

I don't swoon over Tiesto, nor have I ever seen him live, but I do respect the fact that he's got good business sense. He MUST in order to be where he is today. And I will probably always give his music a try to see if I like it. So far, so good.
Ask any random teenager at the club who Tiesto is and they'll say the dood who makes techno music. Ask them who Ferry Corsten is and they'll look at you like you're crazy.

Tiesto is in control of the business side of EDM which is good for him. He isnt breaking any boundaries with his producing skills though... Give him credit as being a business man but nothing else.
