Lubbock has a very young scene, but it's a scene. Dylan St Clair moved back there to attend Tech and is actually building it almost singlehandedly, but it's working.

The problem is that Texas is so huge. Look at the map and it doesn't look too bad but once you start driving anywhere within the state it takes hours. Its horrible. I swear 1 Texas mile equals 3 anywhere else.

Nah it's just that if you drive from San Antonio to El Paso you're already half way to Cali without even leaving the state.

Texas has nothing on Australia's Highway 1...Imagine nothing but straight road for as far as the eye can see for hundreds of miles...
