i hate people who say "is" twice

as in:

"the problem is, is that..."

just say "the problem is that..." DAMMIT

I thought I was the only one who noticed that.

I figured it out, though. The problem is (is) that people are finishing the sentences as though they had begun them with 'what.' "What the problem is is that" is correct. They've just taken out 'what' to sound idiotic.

well at least they change the prepositions to fit the "it"

unless you were referring to my statement. come on, i think i know the proper usage of "there were"

Something I don't really hate, but what can be annoying:
"He didn't asked you."

I bet I've made that mistake myself a lot over the years, but at this moment, it's becoming annoying for me too.
