You guys who "shake you windows"...aren't you worried about what you're doing to your hearing? I'm completely paranoid.

I can play as loud as I like, owing to the fact that I live in a house with double glazing and double brick walls, and my nearest neighbour is about thirty metres away, but generally I keep it pretty low.

+1 on that..except i do get monitors only they cant go very loud because once they go past a certain volume i start to get noice complaints...i cant wait to move.

Headphones can go just as loud as 'shake you windows' loud, they just aren't large enough to fill a whole room with sound. And fuck it man I'm a DJ and I play in bands so bye bye hearing...

I wore mine the other night, got home and fell asleep forgetting i had them in my ears! Having said that, i was rather cock eyed.. But still, my ears thanked me the next day.

I've had my ears checked, and they're fine for now at least.

I do use my earplugs when I'm shooting though. Now that is LOUD.
