Yes, and the law is wrong, and that is what this thread is addressing.

Get. With. The. Program.

Also, I've been smoking marijuana for 7 years and have never been arrested or prosecuted. It seems you either have a poor grasp of the english language, terrible reading comprehension, or an amalgam of both, which I'm very sorry for, but unfortunately, in this debate, you're out of your fucking element, and I suggest you exit this thread now. Additionally, there's no reason for someone from Tijuana to be commenting on U.S. drug laws, unless you have a hand in exporting weed to America and potential legalization would drastically hurt your business.

Why criminalize a victim less activity? I sent my Republican congressman an email; don't expect he'll vote in favor simply because he's a Republican...

Don't get your hopes up..

Yet another reason to fucking hate republicans. Their refusal to budge on such ass-backwards, archaic positions in the year 2008 is sickening.

Hookers, blow, little boys, laundering, bribery, cocaine, general ******ry, the list of their offenses while cockblocking such laws is nuts!

Ron Paul, despite the (R) next to his name on CNN and Fox News, is NOT Republican.
