Thanks for tricking me into buying Earthshine. I'd rather have a fucking buffalo take a diarrhea dump in my ear than subject myself to this torture. It fucking sucks!

I think the album is very nice, personally. What do you find so offputting about it?

I personally don't care for morning trance or mcprog. Back to topic: Try Gorski& Vosh - Morning Light.

Haha. Didn't you check out the song I posted in advance? Weren't you into it? Nothing was misrepresented--several of us have said it is a morning trance album... there is hardly any sort of trickery afoot.

Focusing on the past year, some "emotional" albums that I have enjoyed:

Asura - Life Squared
Beetseekers - Out Of The Blue Moon
Planisphere - Solarism
Solar Fields - EarthShine
Vibrasphere - Exploring The Tributaries
Moshic - Hiloola
Apparat - Walls
Jooris Voorn - From A Deep Place
Shlomi Aber - State Of No One
The Field - From Here We Go Sublime
Underworld - Oblivion With Bells
Hol Baumann - Human

Every release that I have heard on Ultimae has been quite deep and quite nice, would definitely recommend checking them out.

Now I appreciate all other albums you mentioned.. I am checking out the ones I have not heard yet..

Your recomendation about Vibrasphere, Earthshine and Underworld was ace.. I would personally reccomend you to check out Ulrich Schnauss 3 albums and Banco de gaia - big men cry. It suits your taste and you wont regret it.

But I am posting this post just to point out that the album 'The Feild - From here we go S'ublime' is just SHIT!! Noone ever bother to buy that album.. noone listen to it..

Noone can not agree with you. Tri-state was amazing.. most under-stated albums of all time.
