meh, meds suck but is homeopathy really effective? herbal meds don't have that much potency...

I have always tried to avoid taking any medicines for just stupid shit. I don't see the need to go to the doctor for the flu, or a sore throat. I have a pain in my leg that I have had for years. I went to the doctor once, and he immediately just started to write a script for Ibuprofen 600's. I told him I didn't want medication, I want it fixed. He stopped and I left. I came back when my regular doctor (at the time), was back.

And yeah nothing new in the c0r. It has been pretty boring as of late.

it depends on what homeopathic meds you're taking. there aren't really a lot of "over the counter" homeopathic herbal remedies that work FAST. my doctor since birth is homeopathic and he prescribes different remedies. honestly, it works...i've never had to take antibiotics when i've been sick. most of the stuff tastes horrible, but it really works.
valerian root is 10X better than xanax for anxiety/sleep disorders.
arnica cream will heal bruises/sprains faster than using nothing at all.
its not for everyone i guess...just how i was raised (also vegetarian since birth, so i'm weird lol)

ya that's cool..i also stay away from meds as much as i can..good thing i'm healthy he...veggie? ha i just had a huge t-bone steak lol..i guess more meat for me

Sometimes I'll drink and take valerian root capsules. Pretty relaxing.

My grandmother, grandfather (RIP), aunt, & uncle, run a chinese medicine shop. My grandmother and uncle both have a degree in Chinese medicine. They are some of the very few in the US that do. They have all kinds of herbal remedies that work.

i miss green tea capsules..they don't have them here =/

well, fedex said it couldn't ship it b/c the stuff i ordered didn't clear the fitosanitary inspections...pure bullshit...it's really tricky if you import supplements here and the customs officers are extremely corrupt

LOL yeah I am aware. My best friend is in mendoza for his mission (hes mormon). He told me that I had to hide electronics in food or teddy bears or something so that it wasn't obvious that's what was in there. Really fucking whack.

Mario: green tea is rich in anti-oxidants. The capsule has a higher dose of those. Similar to the way vitamins work.
