I was into Taewkondo back in high school. Korean Martial Arts, mostly based on all sort of kicks and puts a lotta pressure on lower body. I remember stretching and warming up for 2 hours without water before actual the training and Katas. Advantages would be: Self defence, major starvation after and a good night sleep. Tips: Cooldown and go for a swim!
so i started muai thai today. fuckin awesome lol. I learned the most basic combo in muai thai and i swear that was such a vicious of a combo. basically it was 4 punches an elbow swipe to make ur opponent bleed then u grab the back of his head and ram ur fuckin elbow into his facelol
anyways i thought i had great cardio from all the soccer ive done and training in the gymn. my cardio i learned today actually fuckin sucks.
and my shoulders are sore! my shoulders are my biggest feature. u dont know how much i got to do in the gymn just to feel them the next daylol. i got to say muai thai is the best work out ive had in a good 2 years.

I have a 4th-degree black belt in r-jitsu.
I'm working on my 5th-degree Kata and hope to have it perfected shortly as it has taken me 20+ years to attain the 4th-degree.
