Coming from a girl.... I would stay AWAY FAR FAR WAY from Sandals and high heel shoes and or boots. You have to think about comfort and toes when it comes to these events. Go-go boots are always always hot!!!

Skirts, short shorts, and pants are always good. Bright colors, multi layers.. black light reflective, sparkles.... you get the picture.

I would always advise a girl not to wear just her panties for these type of events it is just plan tacky!!! And you have 1000'0 of guys just like you running around

I am going to be mostly in black and white but adding color and flare to my outfit. No go-go's this time. but I will have a pretty darn short skirt on and fuzzy boot covers over regular flat shoes.
