If you go by the top 100 list....

Bob Sinclar
Eric Morillo
Eric Prydz
Pete tong
don't use records. They may release some songs on records (Prydz), they may liten to records when they chill at home (Bob Sinclar), but they don't spin them. Thats just the few I could think of off the top of my head. There are more...

No one with an ounce of sense would take the top 100 dj mag poll as a marker to go by.

There are a very large number of top dj's who are using vinyl, to name but a few who i have seen in the last year doing so:

Raresh
Adam beyer
ben sims
rolando
Villalobos
Luciano
Sven vath
dan curtin
jay haze
Mr C
Jeff mills
carl craig
derrick may
Galuzzi/neumann b2b
Wighnomy Brothers
robert hood

My list is longer than yours - I win

Vinyl is a very delicate media, yet most appreciated.

word to that, i'm ditching ableton for something I can touch, instead of click.

Gotta sort through shit electro tracks I used to buy from beatport. :-p

i'll edit this DJ list too:

Chris Fortier
Magda
Xpansul

lies, I was there, and it was CD's, CD's fucking everywhere.
Barcelona's record shops are fucking awesome though.
If I hadn't done it on a budget I'd have spent a fortune, some really crazy white label stuff.

i've managed to get it from 250 down to about 180 now payday can't come soon enough.

I do the same thing every two weeks. I usually end up saving myself ~ $100 every time I check out, and a lot of times I end up completely dumbfounded as to why I crated a track in the first place.

I'd also like to add Lee Burridge to the vinyl club.
