Instead of choosing to criticize ignorant people I choose now to pity them and leave them about their ways.

It takes so much less effort and makes life much more pleasant.

Avenue beats anything else he's done in that era & since. More proof trance goes better with Acid.

Not exactly sure why this song was ever considered good, since it obviously is not. Is it just because Mr. Dyk produced it in his prime that it got a lot of attention? Maybe because of the experience people had while listening to this song in it's prime? Either way, none of these are valid excuses for the track itself being any good.

I never thought it was amazing, but why do you think it was on about every trance compilation back then???
I did like the piano though.

Is Emergency! also over rated?

I'm not quite sure of your typing capabilities, so I won't jump to any conclusions, but laying out two sentences really doesn't require much effort on my behalf.

Choosing to engage someone in discussion, counter and critique their points, and end up in another irrelevant internet argument (which I likely would have done in the past) would, however, entail more time and energy than I really care to spend.

UWM uses common sense!

But it fails!

It's not the quality of the track itself, but the nostalgia assosciated with it. At the time when it released, it was great to listen to, but nothing spectacular that would make me jizz.

It brings back good memories, good times in Ibiza etc, and when a few of us heard it for the first time in ages a couple of years ago, it brought them all back and was superb.

Doombot's complete inability to recognise his own idiocy is his most admirable trait.

...Make that only admirable trait.

Got anything else to say? I'm sure a lot of us would like to know some more.

Admins should lock, or at least supervise, threads like these on a more regular basis. I haven't seen a locked thread in a while.
