I do quite a but of running, 3 or 4 times a week. Mostly between 8 and 15 kilometers, depending on the type of training. Every other weekend or so I do a 20+ kilometer run.
Did a few half marathons, 10k's and 10 mile events so far (recreational). Next year, the marathon. God I'll be knackered.

(sucks because when i play futbol i get tired so quick because of all the sprinting there is) If i run at medium speed i cant run for 30 minutes.. maye 20, so i just slow down and chill while running. Im not training for anything, just running for the lulz. |

I stick to the elliptical, bike or rowing to reduce the impact
8+ hours of physical labor and 30 minutes on the stationary bike (when i actually excercise)

Besides running, what are some good cardio activities to do that doesn't involve a machine?
Hell yeah, just got back from a rollerblade. I fucking love my city's waterfront.
