You're a bot though, Arbiter, you just need to ask someone in the Library of Congress to reset the server every 48 hours

on the weekdays its 11pm to 7am. Like clockwork. 8 hr sleeps are the best. Also work in a 45 min nap at lunch at work. mmmmmmmm sleep.

I wish caffeine did anything for me... I usually just eat an apple or two and it's the only thing that works for me.

Yeah, but I won't wake up unless I feel the urge to eat brains

i get woken up a lot in the middle of the night from my cat getting into things, but she is slowly getting better with that. especially since i started sleeping with a supersoaker water gun.

for the most part, i'm in bed by 11:30 or so each night and get up at 8 a.m. so i'm pretty good. i need at least 7 hours.

i don't know how some of you guys do it with all the caffeine and no sleep i get seriously cranky when im tired or hungry.

Oh, this thread is definitely for me.
I have to wake up for job at 6:00 and I usually talk with people on MSN until 2-3 in the morning so I end up working with barely 4 hours of sleep.
After work I rest for an hour or two and go to gym, train with weights and run aterwards.
I've been doing that for past week or so. Don't know how much longer will I be able to continue like that.

That can be easily misquoted to sound like something vaguely dirty.

Oh we are still tired and cranky. The heavy caffeine doses just ad +5 to crankyness, + 7 to twitchyness and and an amazing +15 to mental abilities if coupled by a " i need to get this done by tomorrow morning or i fail the exam/am so fucking fired" otherwise its just a 5+ to mental.
However the whole things will cost you - 50 sanity so you have to figure it out by yourself if its worth it.

Weird, I don't get cranky when I'm tired. If anything, it feels as if I were stoned... I became a walking zen monk, except for the occasional laughter

Sex feels great though. For some reason some of the best sex i had was when both my date and i were dead tired, right on the edge of falling asleep, just enough that you are in a dream like state but not so much that you actually do fall asleep and make an ass out of yourself.

Traditionally what happens after awesome sex like that is i shot up with caffeine again and go to work/school because its monday morning, it was a three day weekend and nobody slept an hour during those three days because so much good shit was happening there just wasn't time.

Is that calculator just a fancy way of adding or subtracting an hour depending on however many hours above or below 8 hours of sleep you got? I'm too lazy to actually plug in numbers.

Posted by Slylee on Jun-28-2008 04:17:

actually i should have rephrased that. i dont get cranky every time i'm generally tired...only when i'm tired and i'm not in any position to be able to go to sleep. like i'm stuck somewhere and i want to go home, etc...

otherwise i just get in my PJs and bundle up and pass out as soon as my head hits the pillow. i love falling asleep like that.

speaking of which...
