I too have a bunch of them, but one that is kind of odd to me (and that I had forgotten about until this thread) is Narcotic Thrust - Waiting (Instrumental).

Chedda, but where I was at in my life when I was listening to and/or playing that track was super, super emo, and anytime I hear it now that's all I can think about.

The biggest tune that makes me go a big rubbery one, however, is Johnny Cash's version of NIN "Hurt." To this day I think that the NIN version is absolutely fucking horrible, the track just sounds like it was made for the man in black.

Yeah, that's another for me as well.

I generally can't even listen to it in the company of others.

Heh, yeah, same with the one I linked above.

It's weird, like there's some music that's too powerful for me to share with other people.

There is one of my friends that I'll listen to those "special" tracks with, though, as we have a lot of the same tastes and I think he feels the power of certain music in a similar way to me.

Since I'm British and therefore repressed, I've never cried at music.

One track that does give me a lump in the throat though is Swords by Leftfield. I'm not sure why- I've no idea what it's supposed to be about.

The mental image of someone weeping to Soulja Boy is pretty amusing.

Seriously made me depressed for the state of American youth for about a month though.

This thread isn't about just "depressing" songs.
