Thumbs up

It's still on!

2 for the price of 1 is good for me! I drink one and the other goes in the freezer for a later time.

You're always the voice of reason, some kind of chemist?

I won't even search but i've seen you battling it out in a "substance" threads, health nut, protein diets...

learning too much about that shit makes you paranoid.
half kidding. half of it, I dont want to know about.

Wow, if only you knew how I ate and how much I work out to keep at 6-7% body fat. I will keep it to myself so I don't get stomped on.

And yes I am a chemist.

Enjoy life while you can.

I'd rather enjoy a larger part of my life than just my youth. When I'm in my 40s/50s/60s I'd rather wake up feeling as healthy as I was in my 20s and 30s. All the smoking/drinking/fatty foods in your youth are easier to handle, but good luck when you age. You will wish your life was over.

The thing is im still young, of course the habits that I have right now will be phased out when I age(good thing vietnamese food is really healthy). I'd rather wake up feeling baked!

Good luck with that. That's like a person in their 20s saying "Why should I plan for my financial future now? I can worry about that when I get older!"

You may think you can simply just phase out fatty foods and lack of health. But I see so many people fail with that, especially as they age. Something about teaching an old dog new tricks...

Not so. I never really watched what I ate during my youth or even 20 yrs ago but at the same time it wasn't like everything I ate was junk/take out food either. I eat what I want. I think I pretty much feel the same as I did 30+ yrs ago if not better sometimes.

I'm talking about a typical American. There are always exceptions to generalizations.
