I wouldn't put any money on any of it, I get the feeling some wack stuff is gonna happen, kinda like when south korea were 'helped' to the world cup semi finals or quarters or wherever they got to in 2002.

Posted by elFreak on Jul-25-2008 19:18:

how were they helped?

the reason south korea made it so far was the cash invested and the fact that they were used to playing in such a polluted environment.

if you ever have been to seoul you would understand it is hard to walk 5 feet and not sweat/hack up crap...nevermind running on the pitch for 90 minutes.

The ICC is retarded. They let Udai Hussein's Olympic team compete, and he personally tortured athletes who lost!!

It's a shame they didn't win, actually. I'd rather have seen South Korea winning than my own country... not that I'm complaining

against spain there were questionable referee calls, including a ball crossing the line & not being called out to which a goal was scored. The tackles they were using against both spain & italy were reckless and dangerous and had it been another country, they'd have had players sent off. It was in the economic interests for one of them or japan to go far and officials allowed that to happen

that run was immense for the sport of soccer in korea...helping it finally eclipse baseball as the ruler.

park ji sun also helped lol...its front page news when he gets a haircut lol.

there are questionable calls in all of soccer ian...everytime someone you don't like wins its the montreal screw job all over again;p

I have faith in futbol at all times. Its rare that someone cheats, and when they do, people usually find out and teams get punished

lol, i hate the italians but you had to feel for them on that day. Spain again promised, didn't cope with it all.

I'd fucking kill to have been in montreal tho, and spat on HBK, Hebner & Vince Bret ruled so much. we now get a wwf classics show & the other day i was flicking over & he was facing one of the quebecers in a one on one match, it was awesome nostalgia

and if you think they're mad about Park, try the Indians with MS Dhoni. they're fucking nuts!

Posted by elFreak on Jul-25-2008 19:36:

well to be fair india is a much shittier country

Iraqi Suicide Bomber Instructor : "Now look closely lads, I'm only gonna show this once ..."

They must of gone through a shitload of instructors/trainer in preparation. What a waste

It's good news for the athletes that spent the last 4 years of their lives preparing for the Olympics. They didn't deserve the original fate that be-fell them.

Posted by Krypton on Jul-29-2008 23:41:

Again, almost all of the suicide bombers in Iraq were FOREIGNERS.

Yeah, but this olympics thing means they can hide in china, like those people from that african country did in the UK in the 2002 commonwealth games. Can't remember which place it was now, eritrea maybe.
