But violence isn't rampant.

My parents often go to the parade... a white couple from the burbs that's now in the 60s. I assure you if violence was rampant, my parents would not be there.

I watched the video again.. I see ONE guy trying to get people to fight him(brown guy), I see several people trying to break it up, I see a couple of people taking video (your friend included)

I see no one egging anyone on... except the one brown guy who's seems to be provoking people to fight him.

as much as i love caribbean food, im never gonna step foot in caribana.
a few years ago i was driving along richmond (heading to the clubs) and i was passing yonge street. there was a big SUV with new york plates with the trunk open. a bunch of guys were sitting in the trunk and one of them decided to point a semi-auto 9mm at me cuz he thought it would be funny. all his friends were laughing. thats enough to ruin my night.

just the fact that some easily associate Caribana with drugs, but can't associate EDM events with drug use, same shit different smell..
