The 'wall' is there, it just has an option which combines the minifeed with your wall. You can make it only show one or the other, but I don't know if you can show both at the same time sepeartely.

Yes, you can X things from the minifeed (don't think you can for the main page). Just highlight the thing you want, and the on the right you'll see the blue icon with a pen or something. Click on that and it'll let you delete.

If you go to their photos section, at the very bottom of the screen it will have the albums listed which you can go through.

I dunno dudes, I really like the direction they are going with the new layout. The old facebook is too narrow and boxy and really doesnt take advantage of any real estate on the screen...

Furthermore, the new version is easier to read and a little more intuitive once you get used to the change. It feels more like twitter or pownce now. I like!

I'm sure they'll fix the bugs.
