fuck itunes.

btw, the itouch is pretty cool for the first couple weeks, then the novelty wears off. the email and youtube features are nice but browsing is annoying. pandora is pretty cool too. videos sucky.

Pandora is dead...or will be in a few weeks.

if the built-in winamp ipod plugin doesn't work, get mlipod. it works with the itouch for sure.

pandora is dead? what are you talking about?

ml_ipod didn't work for me and screwed up audioscrobbler submissions. i don't know what the hell was going on, was too tired and annoyed of trying to figure it out.

Didn't know about rockbox(well heard about it a few weeks ago and kind've didn't remember during my post), my point that iRivier is better still stands however. Anyway... shouldn't have to install that just to get something decent.

lol it has been all over the web that Pandora is practically dead because of fees to the MAFIAA. check it. This is one of many articles citing the same things.

DI has a much larger user base though. They have been around for ages, whereas Pandora has been around for what, a year maybe? when 70% of your incoming revenue goes to fees, it is really hard to stay afloat. 30% profit margin BEFORE the rest of your operating expenses are factored in, the future is quite bleak.
