I really dont understand how you can find a message in jazz, blues and classical, and not find one within EDM. I mean if you apply the same ideas and rules you have for art towards those types of music, then EDM shouldnt be thought of any less because YOU think its not as unique as other art forms.

You probably mean that as a joke, but I wouldn't be surprised if many if not most of the tracks you count among your favourites follow either a generic or individual formula. There just aren't that many different combinations of progressions and rhythms that come together coherently.
Even the really original tracks that start with the spark of a great idea are usually unconsciously ripping off someone or something.
