Sooooo Rob & Brendan...what's the deal with the hotel sitch? We gona try to find a place together? If so, we needs ta get on that! Or should Leni & I do our own thing then we can like stop by your all's hotel and meet up that way? Just brainstorming to get a head start! SO STOKED!

Last year me and Stan stayed at this place called the Budget Hotel Tourist Inn... It was a good price and really clean and modern. Like LCD TV's, nice bathrooms, keycards for the room, elevator. Free breakfast! I wanna stay there again.

Hmmmm..who's coming with you this year..Just you and Brendan? Thinking maybe we should get like one of the four or five bed privates and split it? The double/twin room may be a little much for Leni and I, I'm not sure, we haven't really discussed budget...Since plane tix are like over $600 for march :P

I'm pretty sure Stan is coming. Honestly I'm the only definate one so far. Kelly (yankeeBaby) is talking about going too now. I think a two bed private will come out to about $275 a person for Thurs, Fri, and Sat nights. I'll give you a call over the weekend and we'll talk about stuff.

I think Leni and I are trying to stay for like 5 nights :P She's never been to Amsterdam so we gotta spend at least a little time there, go see some shit. Plus last time I didn't really go see some of the stuff I wanted to see. Awesome, sounds like a plan ttys.

I am definitely thinking about it Money is not the issue, but the timing IS. I wont be able to recover my money from Full on Ferry, to go all the way to amsterdam again, til after christmas (damn christmas and the travelling and the presents!! ) Will see if the tickets are sold out by then. If they arent, I am on board!!

Bought my tickets Saturday morning! Chris got a houseboat for the weekend so two of us are staying there. I have more friends coming along so we'll probably be getting a flat for the Friday - Tuesday in Amsterdam. Anyone else need a room/bed. There may be a bed left on the houseboat or in one of the flats. Anyone want to meet up in Paris earlier in the week?? I'll be flying in on Tuesday and coming up to Amsterdam probably on Friday. Looks the the group will be alllll over the place in Amsterdam again this year so make sure everyone brings their mobiles this time and swap numbers!...errr or I'll bring a few extras for Cornell & Candy Can't wait!!!

My friend Leni and I are still looking for a place. I saw a houseboat with great reviews on hostelworld.com but who knows :P lol. I brought my cell phone last time but I can't use it internationally. Maybe I'll get a prepaid one when I'm over there :P Ahh omg I'm so excited. I also bought my tix on Saturday morning

There is a whole row of houseboats right where we are staying... I'll check to see if there are any more available. It's rather inexpensive at 120e for the 4 nights per person. The houseboat is also right across from the Grand Amrath Hotel where I stayed last year. Rachel you don't mind sharing a double with Leni do you? lol.

On another note: I know people have been commenting on flights being rather high. Most of the airlines have fuel contracts locked in at $100/barrel as they were banking on oil prices prices rising instead of falling. The fuel contracts are up for renewal January 1st so it's a good assumption that there will be a siginificant drop in flight prices come January. Plus there is usually a Winter Sale on Expedia about that time with $100 coupons for flights (hopefully!)

So is anybody considering going to the pre party??

Nope, I absolutely refuse to share a double with Leni lol just kidding. Me, her, and her boyfriend all shared a king bed when we went down to Ultra. Leni & I sharing a double will be no prob I found a houseboat called Vita Nova, thought I'd discuss with her. It's a little under $400 ($200/person) for 5 nights. If you find anything feel free to let me know! Thanks so much!

Do you think it's safe to wait until January to buy place tickets? What with the fewer flights & such? Or you could just book thru orbitz and if someone books the flight at a lower price they will give you the difference back ohh yes, flight assurance.

Possibly... in the past I have always purchased my tickets in January. I was just throwing my thoughts out there for consideration Either way all of us will be in Amsterdam... now if we could all get out tickets for what Paul paid. Wasn't that $147??? Anyone want to donate frequent flyer miles?! lol.

Have you girls found a flat or houseboat yet I have two egyptians that are coming and one of them has an adversion to sleeping on a boat (in the water.)so I need to find a flat for two more people. I found a few really nice and inexpensive flats either in the Jordaan or Old Amsterdam for 40-50 euro a person per night. Also found another houseboat in Old Amsterdam for around the same that sleeps up to four. let me know if you want to share a flat! I think Maggie is still possibly looking for a place to stay too.

I thought about going to Intuition's PreParty but it's in Utrecht which means heading down on the train twice in two days lol. Such dilemas to think over!

Oh yeah! I did mean Luminosity!!! The shame of it... apologies to all those who I let down and offended lol. So who wants to go down on Friday for the preparty? I'm seriously thinking about it. There is a lot of new talent that I really want to check out!!!
