Well we usually eat it grilled, well done. Most of my american friends are grossed out by it but those who try it usually love it. If prepared well it's really soft with a very thin crispy outside. It's so juicy, it literally melts in your mouth.

yeah, but there is an imbalance of chicks to guys ratio. apparently there are more chicks than guys in australia. some of them are pretty damn fine.

There might be in Sydney or Melbourne, those are larger cities. But I don't know of one in Brisbane sadly

Do it yourself, I'm pretty sure you can find somewhere to buy it. Season it with garlic/sea salt, throw it on the grill and you're golden.

Yeh I think there a Brazilian Grill in Deerfield Beach, and a Churrascaria Porcao in Miami. Those are the mass friendly ones, good stuff.
