Anyone know set times? When does Webster Hall close usually?
Thanks
I wish I could go........Sasha is going to destroy Webster Hall. I was there last weekend and the sound was pretty decent......can only imagine what Sasha will do with it.

i *may* be coming tonight depending on how late the party goes on for...got a few other things to do tonight but i really want to check this out.
IMO i totally LOVED his Involver album (it was so different from anything i have ever heard at the time) and enjoyed his gigs during the Involver/Fundacion tour @ Crobar. miss those days a lot. def RESPECT for the man, he is a pioneer and continues to be so!
i also love the fact that he lives in nyc and will do 'secret' events just because he feels like it.
hehehe

I was not on the toilet, though.
i wanted to go all week but as of this morning have totally and completely lost all motivation to make the trip. have fun without me!!
Any guest lists or discounted tickets?

webster doesnt have dress code. MADE dont bother with dresscode either. dress comfy and black sneakers - its going to be packed and people will step all over your feet.
so after much debate, i ended up going. it took 3 of my friends all day to kick my ass into gear but i'm so glad i ended up going!
SASHA ABSOLUTELY KILLED IT.
I thought that with the involver 2 theme it was going to be more of a chill night but he actually banged it out really hard for the most part. anyone that says sasha is boring and puts them to sleep, trust me, you wouldn't have slept last night!! he played til 6 and i dont think i stopped dancing for even a second. there were some really amazing tracks i'd love to know what they are. i think sarah pretty much videotaped the entire night so hopefully she got a few. there was the perfect size crowd too - great vibe, everyone dancing, and enough room to navigate most of the night.
afterwards we spent i dunno how many hours trying to find 2 afterparties that didn't really exist in Flushing, ny. finally gave up and went home.
EPIC night. thanks sanath, jason, and sarah for the motivation to go.
ALYSSA::::: omg it was so good seeing you again. its been forever! i had a such a blast with you. so happy you made it out
lets not make the next time 5 years!!
best song of the night for me was hearing Destroy Me -- dunno if that's what its called or who produced it, so if anyone can shed some light, please do. and if anyone kept a tracklist i would love to know the name of the song he played right before that. GREAT tune. thanks

and YES i need to see Sarah's vids, there were soo many tracks that I need to have id'd.
It was a great night. Ulrich was on until about 1AM.. his last song was cool. ID?
Sasha was awesome.
Although, it did seem like he hesitated to kick in hard. Almost like he held back on the rains.. with only short bursts of heaviness. I was front and center pretty much the entire set.. (Water bottle in hand)
He blasted us for about 20 minutes and he continued to breakdown and slowly build up. It was too the point that I was thinking he was going to end the set at 4AM..
But, thankfully, he went until 5:15.. I was hoping for 6:00!
Great selection. 2007 was more banging for him though. (Sasha - Studio - Budapest - Extended Mix - 2007.12.22)
It was great to hear "Ladytron - Destroy Everything You Touch (Invol2ver Remix)".. It was cool when Digweed played it last month at Pacha as well
Overall the experience was amazing.

Was there an opener before Ulrich? I came in a little after 11 and someone was playing Lovely Day by Bill Withers. I totally felt like I was in the wrong place. Sasha didn't come on until 1:37 so I had to endure that elevator music until about 1 and for the last half hour Ulrich was playing some breaks. The lighting was nice, the vibe was pretty decent. I've definitely heard better sets from Sasha, but overall not bad.

wow some of those pics were a bit too large to view on my computer screen (i have a 19 inch monitor). everything was a big blur at first
nice pics tho
