I took a nice fat chicken breast and carefully made a nice big pocket out of it (no leaks!). I proceeded to stuff it with smoked ham, Swiss Emmental cheese, fresh Parmesan cheese and white mushrooms sauteed in butter. I then breaded it throughout and fried it in olive oil for about 6 minutes on each side, followed by another 10 to 15 minutes in the oven.

The result was incredible.
looks like a hot pcket.

what the fuck

don't deep fry salmon or fucking coat it in egg and flour...what a waste of good fish...you do that with shit fish not salmon.

salt and pepper + curry + cayenne + onion powder.

2 minutes on each side at high heat then finish in a 375 degree oven for 5 minutes.

you now have salmon diablo. serve with lemon wedges.

yes thats it... you have to sear if first before you put it in the oven or it will be mushy and soft

most of the time ill just put some light pepper on my salmon... mmm

Garlic powder and salmon and egg... Ania you said you were a good cook!!!!

Decent salmon needs nothing more than butter and maybe a bit of garlic. For a mellower garlic flavour you can separately roast whole garlic then squeeze the gooey cooked garlic into the sauce/butter you're gonna use with it.

If you want a sauce classic light white wine is ok. Griddle pan a few half lemons to get a nice mellow and semi sweet lemon that looks good for presentation too.

Ew, garlic POWDER? Use fresh garlic, for one. Two, don't fry it or flour it. Baked or broiled is the way to go. I personally like what I guess is classic salmon, prepared with fresh lemon and dill.

lol that's why i was asking for suggestions

the men in the family always want fish fried but I think frying salmon (or trout) wastes the natural flavour (Tilapia or Sole is a different story... sol tastes like chicken ffs)

and ew fresh garlic... that shit makes your breath stink even after you brush your teeth and then it comes out through your skin and you reek the next day. I use a lot of raw organic ingredients but garlic sure as hell ain't one of them

i went with ground black pepper, a tiny bit of onion powder (i fucking hate onions and refuse to cook with them) and flipped them on the pan for about 2 minutes. Then threw them in the oven with dill (and some leftover yellow peppers)

I tried my best at a hollandaise sauce but I wasn't whisking fast enough and the eggs began to scramble lol
had to throw it out and use an instant mix

That sounds gross, lol.

Fresh garlic is absolutely fucking essential for any meals here.

Not only does it make things taste better, it is very good for your health.
