burp!

One thing that hasn't been mentioned yet is the fact that Montreal lets promoters use Big venues for its parties. ie: Olympic Stadium, Molson Center, Jarry Parc etc...

I don't know that the city of Toronto would ever let promoters use the SkyDome, the Gardens, ACC etc.. for its parties.

Montreal is very liberal in that way.

Actually, I saw on the Tiesto site that he will be in Toronto on the 5th of August (a Monday, wtf??), and it will be at the ACC... sounds like a big night... other than that, I really don't know...

The first weekend in August, in Ontario, is a long weekend. Simply a civic holiday. Kind of evens out La St-Jean in terms of number of holidays.

yes you have a big house scene in toronto , that's cool , but montreal has a HUGER one . and no thanks we don't need d'n'b u can keep it for u (it means more candy ravers since u adore and love them sooooooo much)

Naw, sorry about the house scene one, Toronto owns for that... @ Mad Bar, there NO equivalent in Montreal.

MONtreal = MONopoly.. paying 70$+ for a party is INSANE..

finally, if Quebec didn't have all the politics bullshit, a lot of people would complain less..

how can you say that about something you've never been to.
first of all the type of house played @ mad bar is far different from stereo.. we're talking funky versus soulfull. Its been quoted by many sources and DJs as being their favorite place to play, etc.
