Wow way to overanalyze the situation. Just fucking move in with her, if it works out its win, if not just move on to the next woman.
I'm still wtfing about walking around for 2 days what are you jesus?
love.
She's French, so she's probably slutty. Let her move in then fuck her a few times.
This isn't rocket science.

Well 7 hours was the first time we hung out. Then 2 days later we went walking around exploring town, doing errands, dropping off resumes, we even looked at a house that was for sale and pretended to be interested, got groceries. That was another 6 hours together, alone.
Then yesterday, I met her in town and brought her back to check out the house and then we went shopping for some second hand blankets. That was another 5 hours together, mostly alone.
My theory was not to over analyze just go with the flow (which is how I roll), but then this friend (who I don't know that well) who is pretty chill has gone all up tight on me, and seems like he's doing everything in his power to not have her move in. I feel like he has some underlying motive or something.
Also, right now, I really just like hanging out with her...I'm really not even thinking about sex.

his undying motive is not wanting to put up with the blow back if (and the odds are in this favor)it does not work out and you guys are stuck with her.
Do you ever hear about those couples that meet, say it is love at first sight and get married right away? How many of those actually last?
Convenience is a very dangerous thing.

| Originally posted by daphunky1 I just moved to a resort town where the housing situation is extremely tight, so everyone shares a bedroom with one, if not two others. I couldn't find any housing at first, but eventually my friend's house had a room open, but they wanted more girls. So I told my friend I'd find a girl to share a room with, so that they at least have 1 more girl in the house. So I email some girl on craigslist that was also looking for housing and met up and had coffee. She turns out to be incredibly cute, (and french), and super cool. After coffee we went out for 2 pitchers of beer, and then bought a bottle of wine and wandered around some trails around the resort for a few more hours. 7 hours together straight, and we never talked to anyone else. I just told her I'd let her know as soon as possible when I know that we can move into this house. I didn't find out for 2 more days that I could move in, so me and this girl hung out the next 2 days, walking around, doing nothing, finding things in common, getting along perfect (and me thinking she's amazing)... Now yesterday I got the go ahead that I could move in to the house, and that I could pick whoever I wanted to share a room with, just as long as they are cool. So now my friend has been trying to convince me for hours that if I have any feelings for this girl at all it is a stupid idea to set myself and the other roommates up for disaster and problems in the future... since I can't deny having feelings for her so he is straight up telling me that I shouldn't let her move in tomorrow. Oh, and at this very moment, she thinks she's 100% moving in, and seemed excited about sharing a room with me. So do I cancel the love miracle waiting to happen, in hopes of avoiding disaster if things don't work out? Or do I just go for it? I mean what if she actually doesn't even like me at all, she's just all chill and happy all the time. Then I gotta share a room with a girl I'm crazy about? |
Ya I've now made up my mind I got hafta just say 'fuck em'. Can't turn back now.
Even if nothing happens between us, I'm still gonna have a cool roommate.
