i had just stopped taking the pill and i got my days mixed up because my cycle wasn't back to regular yet

if you didn't blow in her, you are more than likely fine
yes pre-cum contains some sperm but very little
The 12th day is theoretically the very beginning of the ovulation stage of a woman's cycle
if she's typically regular then she should know when she's ovulating (lots of things going on down there)
anyway, what I suggest (if her rag doesn't come on time) is for her to take a blood test to check for pregnancy... home tests can give you a false negative or a false positive

don't forget that if she's stressing about it a lot, that may cause a delay in her getting her period too

*shudder* just wrap it up man... the fucking worries are not worth it
