Like Mr. Liberator said it so nicely,
"Stay Up Forever"

Unfortunately, you would die after about two weeks due to falling in a sleep-coma. Damn.

How does this happen? What can you do to stop it?

Get some sleep! lol
Just 4 days without sleeping can lead you to an heart attack, you gotta be careful with that. The danger is that you get so high doing so... you don't want to stop!

Last year I stood up 10 days in a row: that's 240 hours straight!! I couldn't sleep anymore, I was so hyper and my brain was running 10 times faster than the usual. My trip finished in an hospital... I'm still not sure about how I got there but it really killed my fun. They thought I had smoke crack! I never even used drugs, so I was shocked. They are the ones who drugged me: they gave me something so powerful it could have knocked down a horse! lol

The day after I was allowed to go home, with a prescription and the recommandation of getting a good rest of at least 2 weeks... I took the pills but didn't respect their recommandation. Now I'm still alive and in great shape, but I'm pretty sure 4 more days without sleep would have lead me to coma or even worst.

Take care guys! Have your fun, but don't forget to listen to your body sometimes... before it's too late.

Dancing Dude LIVE LONGER

People who sleeps 8 or less a night live longer. FACT. No shit

Besides, think of all those hours you save by sleeping less.

there have been studies, ppl who sleep irregular hours will die earlier then others which means that even tho ur gettin the extra hours now, we will have time to catch up later in our lives

this is weird. ive never actually thought about it till now, but i also prefer staying up late. Those who are often in TA chat will frequently see me up late till 3 - 4am in the morning chatting, surfing, etc. and i think coz its nite, and everything around u has come to a rest, u feel more chilled and free to do what you want. Its when u gotta be up for Sixth Form/College/Uni at 9.00am the nxt morning where it becomes a bitch.

What i do tho is get 4 or 5 hours sleep each nite thruout monday to friday, hardly any sleep on saturday coz its 7.30am start work, and the catch up with sleep on sunday by sleeping in late into the afternoon

Same thing I try and do...though when I usually stay up late and set my alarm, I end up hitting the snooze button 4 or 5 times until im an hour late to work ah well, I only have 2 more days of work left, then I'm moving on to bigger and better things (hopefully).

there was a definitive study done a few years ago on sleeping. The adage that you need on average 8 hours sleep is absolutely true.

Lack of sleep impairs motor efficiency, effects mood and more importantly shortens your lifespan.
