Well it certainly does explain a lot.

*gag*
I really liked Armageddon too. Batman & Robin was gay though, with the close up of Robin's crotch when he got his new uniform.

Originally posted by Halcyon+On+On She's not ugly one bit! She's unique-looking and pulls off short hair quite well; most likely because she has the accent as well and, as we all know, you can only pull off hair that short if you in some way or another resemble Annie Lennox.

I liken her more to Beth Gibbons. And that's a more massive compliment than comparing her Annie Lennox.

Originally posted by RJT I encourage you to watch it and get back to me. To put it into perspective, I'd rather watch "Armageddon" and "Batman & Robin" back to back than have to try and make sense of "Young Adam" again. "Armageddon" and "Batman & Robin" are the only two movies I have ever walked out on in theaters.

the music does not fit that trailer at all

Originally posted by Azz3D Over-rated, maybe, but I don't think it's bad enough to be considered a movie one would walk out on. If you do you're just being pretentious.

Any movie about an Anaconda is bar none the worst movie ever.

Originally posted by RJT That wouldn't surprise me the least actually. I really like Pulp Fiction, but it has far more to do with some things going on in my life when that movie came out than it does with me actually thinking it's brilliant.

Quentin is up there next to Woody and Stanley.
I think what people dislike about his movies is that he brings old " not so popular anymore " movie stars back to the big screen like Foster, Grier , Carradine , Sony Chiba , Travolta and leaves the big movie stars looking like shit ( De niro , Thurman , Keaton)
Which is precisely what I like about his movies because it leaves you that surprise factor never knowing what to expect from him or the characters that are involved in the film.
Also another thing I find that people dislike is the way the story goes is never on a straight time line , which i find it brilliant.
worst movie of 2008 would be "Australia"
and of all times "Cool as Ice "
