these names have nothing to do with this thread or if they do it is pure coinsidence since I personally also do not know the name of the person they speak of... actually I just wanted to feel cool and post something here. I just disable wall before I create an event.
Really, when I create an event it is to bring awareness of the party to people. That's what it is.
So many people these days depend on facebook to promote. It's not like it's an actual guide to how busy a night is going to be...there are too many variables...
I don't know what you guys are going on about, but I'm spinning at Guv tomorrow so....
I'm actually convinced that a LOT of people just type a response thinking it only goes to the sender of said invite... not actually realizing that it gets posted on the event wall...

i agree with jon. people just think it goes to the inviter. i used to think that.
i find it funny that people are upset about people promoting on their events when they themselves are promoting to the masses by sending out the invite. irony!
