Epic bump.
This has gotten me through a lot of late nights recently - at four or five in the morning I really need the wonky, spacey, but rip-roaring techno.
I basically can't not rave - and I think "Science Fiction" was a very appropriate title. Programmed great, the Slutbox boys were definitely "heavily in the mix", and the end of this is so much more "hands in the air" than a lot of what you've done recently it makes me want to rail some molly and roomrave right now.
I always need some thuggish techno to balance out the floaty tech house bollocks I'm constantly on about.
loved the first couple of tracks, and especially the transitions between them. in fact the mixing for the most part was spot on.
after the first couple of tunes it got really annoying for me though. not exactly the type of music i enjoy on a day to day basis.
got back into it at the track that had the vocals "what happened to techno/underground/funk/etc." not sure which one that is.
there was another track somewhere after that, it had strings during the breakdown - really dug it.
got a little bored Selway followed by Beyer part, which was probably the best for me.
a solid finish, i must say overall the set was consistent, there was a couple of tunes that annoyed me with their style.
thanks bruh!
