Start seriously saving money for an apartment/condo (although with NYC apartment prices for a measely one-bedroom, I may be having this resolution til about 2015 or so.........).
I am SICK or pay rent and throwing such huge amounts of money away for it!! 
come to toronto plus I noticed that they already started building condos right next to the guv so which is a great location. I'm thinking of getting one myself. Hopefully the guv will be around by the time they finish construction lol
- Exercise, stay young and keep healthy
- Do more things with my parents, cuz they won't be here forever
- Reconnect and praise my true friends more often
- Think things through more thoroughly, believe in myself and act only when necessary
- Learn to let things roll off me more often
- Save money, use time wisely and influence people that want the same things I do
- Live happy and stress free with my significant other
- Redecorate my new place so that it says "Mi casa es tu casa"
- Continue to walk away and keep my distance from all fake, toxic, sketchy ppl
- Prepare for my new life in a new city in 2010
- Keep up with the latest in Trance and House music (never forget my roots)
- Complete the course(s) that keeps the money coming my way(Ibiza by year end will be my reward)
My biggest Resolution:
Surprise my spouse and become a parent before or just after the Ibiza trip

i usually live by the whole schibang of not regretting things and living for the moment ect ect but one thing that I know I fucked up was a potential friendship/something more becasue I'm retarded and gotta grow a set. really.
