My personal favourite way to start off a mix/set is with Push - Universal Nation...heheh.

Project Medusa vs. Exor - Moonshine (exor mix part 2) is also very good to start a set off with.

To end it, well, Communication II is my top choice for that.

Isnt the name "Aquanauts"? not "Aquarius". I have the vinyl, very good track, but i dont think it would make a good starting track....the eyerer mix is good near the end of a set.
