I think who ever does the asking out pays regardless of which # date it is. If you're going out as buddies who go out every once in a while then ya...you both pay.

this is what i do on first dates. bill comes and i pull the "look i just lost my job etc.." and then i laugh and im like HA got you you dumb bitch and i throw a fork at her and pay. you have to be dominant

On the whole who pays and who doesn't thing, I don't think I've ever payed for dinner for a girl. Actually I don't think I have ever been in a proper dinner date. It's usually just a chill dinner at some random restaurant after we've done something else and we pay separately, sometimes they pay actually. I never ask girls on dates. I'm usually just like , "let's hang out."
I think I might try that.

Oh and I agree with the "I don't like flowers". I don't like them either. I mean, it's nice once in a while I suppose. They die and then what? You have nasty brown wilted things. Carnations are superb because they last longer.
