easy there buddy, but crazed canuck was absolutely right. that rua coleman fight was absolutely pathetic, and rua should be flat out embarrased at that performance. that's just piss poor conditioning for a guy his age.

Rua was dominant in his Pride fights...but getting beat up and choked out by Forrest was a complete embarassment. That he couldn't put away a dinosaur like Coleman until the 3rd (and that's after Coleman gassed in the first!) speaks volumes about Rua's decline. If Rua brings that garbage against any of the other 'elite' at LHW, he's going to get schooled again.
