i've been enjoying this a lot lately. the transitions are sometimes somewhat linear, but at the same time it works for this type of mix.
i haven't been able to follow with the tracklist yet, but I'm assuming the track with the lyrics from Grandmaster Flash - The Message is Datashat - Stop the message (Widescreen edit). That edit is fucking DOPPPPEEE! I'm totally picking it up.
cant wait to listen

Bumping this request for reup.
Link is up again! I forgot to pay for renewal of my domain, oops.

this was good. a lot of great tracks in this.
This was superb. I listened to this on my way home, and ended up taking a detour just so I could listen to the whole set straight through. The only song I knew going in was the Dire Straits track actually, so I was very interested to see where this was headed.
The flow was fantastic - the set progressed naturally (with one exception), and the tracks were mixed together pretty seamlessly for the most part. The only track I felt was a bit out of place was actually the Datashat track. Despite the love given for it in this thread, I didn't feel it fit the mix - at least not the particular part of the mix that it was dropped into.
The Grace Jones remix, on the other hand, literally had me hooked. Epic track. The mix out of it and into the Simian Mobile Disco track was also a high point for me.
I know this was created in January, but it was a perfect background to a fairly warm day at the beginning of Spring. In fact, this set encapsulates Spring for me much in the same way that the Howells Miami GU did. I imagine this is going to get a lot of future listens from me as things begin to warm up into summer.
Downloading. Disco is my middle name!vI don't think I've heard much of you before but I'm trying it out.

Thanks alot for the comments!
Lebezniatnikov: I kinda agree about the Datashat track being slightly out of place. I just had to include it in a mix!
