No substance in the world will keep you going more than a few hours of sleep and 2 meals each day/night. Personally, I'm gonna pick 2 parties each day and make time to hang out in SoBe to eat/drink/sleep.

Seriously though, sleep is the single most important thing at WMC. No drug could even come close.

I need some sleep. I know if I didn't bunker down and get some sleep last year and not make it to a few parties that I thought I could just marathon through straight from another party, that I wouldn't have had as good a time. At least a few hours(4-5) is needed imo. Plus after drinking/smoking that much for a few days straight it catches up to me.
I need to find friends who fake ADD.
Anyone wanna make a new friend??
*pointing to herself*
I stayed hydrated and made sure to eat a couple of meals a day along with snacks. Emergen-C and Crystal Light packets did wonders. Get both because the Emergen-C doesn't taste that great...just mix in some Crystal Light to sweeten it up.
2-4 hours of sleep a day is plenty along with food/electrolytes/etc...fit it in whenever you can.
I find a balance of day parties and night parties allows you time to sleep.
I have to sacrifice a couple parties.. but I find I enjoy myself at the other ones that much more.
last year i did 5 days with only 6 hours of sleep and 2 meals, not smart i know but i just didn't seem to run out of energy and for those that know me, know i have a large amount of natural energy.
now, don't get me wrong, i take advantage of momma's little helper here and there.
i drank 2 E-mergencies a day and took all my vitamins which helped tremendously. this year i will be there a bit longer so i do plan on sleeping more. i get in tuesday night and i'm meeting up with a few friends to have a nice dinner and chill and do other things besides parties before the craziness starts at the DJ mag party on wednesday.
i do kinda go balls to the wall on things like this, DEMF, lol remember mellymel, i called you bright and early after partying all night, i'm like, i'm up i can't sleep anymore, minitek, past wmc's but ibiza i actually did a pretty good job of pacing myself but i was there a helluva lot longer.
i need to know where i can get good smoothies, i've found when partying, i'm not always that hungry
but smoothies are perfect, they hydrate and give you some nutrients. any suggestions?

I tried to sleep between Loco / Lee and Sunday School last year for the first time since Wednesday night but I got woken up again and didn't end up sleeping until Sunday night.
Hurt. Do not repeat.

You guys are all fucking hardcore! Last year I slept at least 6 hours each night (day?) and still had trouble going at it by the 5th day. Then again, I was merely drunk/stoned during the day and didn't partake in any other, ahem, supplements until later in the evenings.
Maybe I need a lesson in true binge partying?

Shite, I slept on the plane ride over, then stayed up for 2 days w/ little 2 hr rests on the bed or couch then again for another 2 days then crashed for 8 hrs going into sunday morning. Just party like a rockstar, make sure to rest your body by either sleeping/napping/lounging for a few hours a day. Best time like someone mentioned is the 10-2 spot!
I plan on being there Tues-Mon and sleep is a must for me. I will probably only have one two day binge. Which will most likely have me end up at Dirtybird after two days of no sleep. I don't think it should be any other way for that party. After that night crash Saturday for a long sleep then be ready for the rest of WMC.
Other than the usual Santa's Little Helpers I use endorush by bsn for a great energy drink with no sugar. Agree with others on Emergen-C as well as vitamins. And nutrients are a MUST to keep it going. Some RTD protein shakes are great to have when you don't feel like eating actual food. Muscle milk, Labrada or Myoplex all taste pretty good. No sleep plus no nutrients is a bad recipe.
