Or some people need to expand their tastes and discover new music... you know, the whole point of music really.

I'm not saying it has to be minimal techno, but if you just sit and listen to the same things over, and over, and over, and over, how does it not just bore you to death? The reason I moved on from trance is I became bored with it, that was just me but it pushed me into a lot of new genres (techno included) and I'm happy it happened. I still listen to some older trance when I get the itch.

Right now I've become a bit bored with dance music in general so I'm exploring some other avenues for the time being. Music does not need to be so typified, genres are stupid, and other than for classification / organizations sake I really wish they didn't exist (I'm very much aware that genres will always exist in all forms of entertainment, but I hate how it causes people to not even consider certain art forms because it's "outside their niche").
