Well if it really was a "star revolt" the team is truly fucked (this is a world cup winning manager...). At no point should the players run the team.

it was pretty obvious that he had lost the team. i don't think it was a bad move but there is still the underlying issue of having a team full of selfish players that don't seem to be able to get it done right now.

Yeh but had he been given more time I don't doubt he would do something to get rid of the cocky players like cole and drogba and begin to build his own team. Plus none of the fans supported him which sucked. You can't judge a managers performance in 7 month IMHO.

WTF! That deal went through? I didn't even know about it. Didn't he used to say that he would never play outside of the country?

Not sure, he played for Leverkusen before evening joining the MLS. As far as the deal, I think it's still a loan. He wants to make the permanent move but Bayern doesn't think he's worth his price tag lol, I have to agree. He wants 12 mil, they're only offering 7. Shut the fuck up and take it, playing in Europe (on a Champions League club no less) could only do his career good.

Haha that's hilarious. I'm actually surprised a German club of that caliber is willing to take him. For an American boy he's actually being payed a fortune.
I am so happy Lyon held their own today. Juninho is my hero.
