I want that bitch to cook for me, man. She made these tomato jam and thyme infused goat cheese crostinis today. Fuck.
My personal fave requires a blender, so this may be entirely useless to you, or you could just alter it slightly and mix it instead of blending it.
Lactose intolerant (me) - blended:
1 cup of mixed frozen fruit (can buy mixed frozen fruit at the grocery store)
1/2 cup of oats
2 tablespoons of honey
1/2 cup of apple juice
Little cup thingy of protein powder
Regular - blended:
1 cup of mixed frozen fruit (can buy mixed frozen fruit at the grocery store)
1/2 cup of oats
2 tablespoons of honey
1/2 cup of apple juice
1 cup of plain yogurt
Little cup thingy of protein powder
If you can't blend it, then just mix it up and eat it with fresh fruit instead. You could also switch up the oats for granola.
So tasty
EDIT:
A good snack is crunched up plain rice cakes and almonds or sunflower seeds (although I suppose any seed/nut would suffice).
Salads are really easy/good. You can buy mesclun leaves already cleaned and prepared, and some light salad dressing. Super easy. If you want to make it heartier, add some more veggies, or throw some cold cut meat on top.
That chicken pesto wrap is nice, I gotta buy some grilled chicken and get up on that, and it seems easy enough.
I can cook a steak easily but I always manage to fuck up chicken. I'll experiment a bit more lol
I live in small apartment, therefore I don't have room for a lot of appliances....

Awwwwww, poor baby.
And wtf would you know about whats' "right" or "wrong" for me? Lol.
BTW, I understand why you always say I change bedpans for a living...because nurses over there aren't qualified to do what nurses over here do. So yeah, that's pretty funny I guess.

Come on over, I'll make you some soup, lol.
Seriousely, if you can't cook de-boned chicken breasts, you can't cook anything. Just give up. Get yourself an obedient conservative girlfriend.

I don't change bedpans though, lol. When you come over here for some soup, you can come with me to work as well.

Get chicken fillets. Cut them up. Fry. Eat. Repeat as required.
i'm a huge fan of cabbage. cut up an onion brown the pieces in a pan toss the cut up cabbage and carrots in the pan add a tiny bit of water so it doesn't burn the pan throw salt and pepper put on low cover and let the cabbage cook but not all the way until its gross. uncover throw a piece of meat on top and there you go. that's what i'm eating now.
um i'm a fan of ground meat throw in some spices and LOTS of curry cook until done eat with pita bread and your veggie of choice.
oh and meatloaf using turkey (lean turkey is better for you)
there are so many damn possibilities...
