it was LIV he played in December....

i suspect the cover will be $100 and the gig will be that friday nite at LIV...just an educated guess on my part based on the few nites still open at the big clubs

Is LIV pronounced like "live performance" or "I live here"? What's the capacity of this place? It's gonna be on a Thursday.

i doubt he plays friday since he is closed Ultra.....hes been playing saturday nights for what..the last 5 years?

from the pics i've seen i suspect it holds close to as many people at the main room as Crobar/Cameo

Definitely not. Also take into account all the extra stuff tiesto crew makes people get such as specialized monitors and maybe extra sound, light boards to their specs, imported liquor, hotel rooms for him and his 30 people entourage.

If tiesto played for 1 hour I can promise you still would not get out of it for less than 40k when its all said and done on a weekday. Even with tiesto not being #1 his marketing crew has done very well as making him far more valuable than PVD, Armin, or anyone else for that matter. Its sad but very true

with LIV already booked friday nite (which i didn't know)...seems like LIV is the most likely venue for him to be at. doesn't rule out playing something more intimate on friday nite...he's done it the past 2 WMCs with a surprise set at Karu & U around 6am or 7am and a private event at the Setai

So he's probably more valuable than those 2 guys put together. I remember New Years Eve 02-03 he got payed 100k @The World here in NY

yes and I say this while being a major fan of pvd and a good fan of AVB and not at all since 2003 for tiesto

My best friend's uncle works for Sirius Satellite, he's pretty high up. He's constantly in contact with all of these guy because of their radio show. He told my boy it was on a Thursday, he also said the venue but my boy forgot what he said. He always does that shit. It pisses me off, especially when your trying to inform other people of events. But, he's supposed to be talking to him today or tomorrow so I'm gonna make sure he finds out.

Yeah he's been my favorite since 2001. There was a time when I was starting to like Armin more in 05-06 but now I think he kind of fell off a bit. The guys I'm really starting to really like alot are Markus Schulz and Sander van Doorn.

ive liked them since i heard them as well.....armin, well i like him, but i wish he could play a lil harder...u know? toooo much fluff
