i seriously dont understand why i have to buy hardware to be able to get better resolution? im planning only mixing on the software and midi is therefore out of question. what the hell? am i missing something?

i never taught myself how to do the whole beatgrid mapping thing, it seems like an excessive amount of work to just a couple tracks together.

at OP: seriously, just get traktor 2.1 or whatever, you can pitch in smaller increments with the old prog. so long as you don't need 4 decks or a xone92-esque eq and filter, 2.1 should do the trick
