For real .. from start to finish penn was getting his ass kicked and if they square off again i think gsp is gonna beat him down even worse this time around just to shut his mouth up once and for all

it's just a new development.

back in Feb, they simply asked the commission to investigate, but held off filing a formal complaint or asking the decision to be deemed a 'no contest'.

more recently, they did file a formal complaint, hence the hearing, etc.

I think BJ should get two losses on his record if he ends up losing this legal battle too.
It's like other sports where you can get penalized if your request for review sucked and wasted everybody's time.
That or they should rematch, and if GSP wins and hurts BJ (no towel throw ins allowed!) then the ambulance that takes him to the hospital should have the letters changed to WAAAAmbulance on the sides of it.

Penn is a great fighter...he just needs to recognize that he is *by far* at his best in the LW division. He's easily the favourite over any LW in MMA, bar none.

this obsession with moving up in weight is stupid.

Matt Hughes is talking a move up to MW to fight Anderson Silva.

the UFC should be charged as an accomplice to murder if they let that fight happen...because Silva will kill him.
