Nowadays I can't fall asleep unless there's something playing in the background, it's impossible.

But it doesn't even have to be music, leaving the TV on does the same trick.

Well actually another one is anything 170 bpm+, it gets all the energy out and its too fast to raise your hearbeat once your lying down again or to think about then.

Nothing like a good bit of Gorgoroth before bed.

I like falling asleep in a sunny spot with some chillout music playing.

I've forgotten how good the oblivion music is. It's like the eu3 music... you hear it so much you forget (although the oblivion music is certainly awesome and much better).
