sort of unrelated, the new yankee stadium is ridiculous. it looks like the old stadium but it's totally different (can't really elaborate much more). the section i was sitting in had cushioned seats, but it totally wasn't worth 125 per ticket, other than for impressing a smokin' salvadorian chica.

To be honest, on TV Citi Field looks nicer than Yankee stadium... and given the prices, I think I have more interest in seeing a game there. I can't wait for Target Field to open in Minneapolis next year though.

I sat there for $30 buying tickets on stubhub at the last minute

yeah - second row.


everyone is saying there are good deals to be had on stubhub. everytime i try the prices are ridiculous. i guess the demand for yankees tickets are pretty bad.

you have to go on a weekday and hope the weather is shitty

but yeah, those seats are SO NOT worth $120 lol
