if i went for a week, stayed at a decent hotel, and partied and ate like an animal every night..how much money am i looking at all together?

yeah man i've been there 3 times by myself and you meet so many cool and chill people over there. its unreal how many people are friendly and will just start bullshitting with you for no reason. i made sooo many friends in ibiza over the years.
i think im goin by myself this year again and i couldn't care less!

money wise here's what u r looking at:

Hotel: 300-500 euros
flight: about 1000$ i'd say
food: 200+ euros
club tickets: 50-60 euros A NIGHT
drinks in the club: water 8 euros (seriously) and drinks 16+ euros each!

if you do that, check out www.easyjet.com or www.ryanair.com - they're usually pretty cheap to fly around europe

direct flights are hard to get. usually there are connections in madrid or barcelona. orbitz and all those sites have some pretty good deals

Judgement Sunday closing is 9.13

I been 3 times, always stayed at San Antonio bay, very close to San Antonioeither way I would recommend the San Antonio area.

Hey guys,

It is my wildest dream to go to Ibiza.

Unfortunately, 99% of my friends who want to go can't afford it or won't actually go.

Do you guys always go in groups or what? I'm 20 and been saving for this trip forever!

traveling by yourself is actually quite fun. I do it all the time when i go snowboarding (like you, my friends either don't have the money or don't want to go). Don't let others dictate your decision making process. However, if i were a girl i might be a little hesitant to travel by myself. Like everywhere else, ibiza has some slimy mo-fos. Unlike many other places, however, the access to drugs is unbelievably easy. chicas traveling alone, be very careful.

If you can afford to go, this is definitely the year to take a trip to europe. Airfare can be discounted as much as 50-60 percent from the prices last year (the other day i saw a ticket to madrid for less than 500 in mid summer - normally thats a 1000-1200 flight). Hotels are similarly discounted. If i didn't have so much other shit going on in my life right now, i'd certainly be heading to europe (although not ibiza, likely italy).

unless you really like to live the low-budget lifestyle with low income (and even lower class) brits, i would stay away from san antonio. Some people like it, but it certainly wasn't for me. the other side was more appealing to my taste.

Posted by AbcGum on Apr-20-2009 18:16:

My problem with San Antonio is the proximity to the clubs I want to go to. If you stay in den Bossa you can walk to space, ibiza town, or hop a short cab ride to Pacha. If not, you're looking at a pretty expensive ride round trip from San Antonio.

.....from some pretty unscrupulous cabbies. i told this cabbie i needed to go to san antonio and the bitch literally dropped me off at the border (a distant walk from my hotel). I almost beat the bitch down when she refused to go any farther; seriously, my cousin had to calm me down as i was about to grab the keys out of the ignition and toss them into the brush. no joke (8 hours of drinking and a ton of E can make you crazy in situations like that)!!
