I just went through the police report. Isn't the part where the girl calls him while the cops are listening entrapment?
It doesn't say it on the report, but we can assume that she called to say she was pregnant, prompting the guy's reaction to tell her to get an abortion and all that shit. I mean, if the guy gets a good lawyer, they could have a field day with those cops.
entrapment is when cops do something that causes the person to commit a crime.
he had already committed the crime he was going to be charged with before the call. Gathering evidence is not the same thing.
no lawyer is getting him off anything, he admitted to it and is going to jail 100%. Lawyers don't line up to defend pedophiles, it is looked upon by many as being worse than murder.

at the end of the day, the only thing that matters is that he is going to get raped hard in prison.
