In the vid where the people IN the restaurant are filming and pan the camera around and tell everyone "Smile you're on Youtube." I think they know. Probably think it's cute? I don't know. lol

Wait I see the hilarity of this but the Popeyes stores that aren't participating in the deal (which is what has some of the people annoyed, instead of just only running out of chicken) are allowed to do that. Only participating restaurants are taking part in the deal...how is that hard to understand? lol

Making tasty fried chicken is not that hard/expensive. You would think after years of Church BBQs these people could find some sort of recipe from their local Shaniqua or Charmaine.
