Tides of Silence is not in an alliance atm.
not like it fucking matters. the game has sucked cock since the BC expansion. so saying he'll get addicted is out of the question. the game is dull, uneventful and lacking creativity
i recently started playing and personally, contrary to what people are saying on here, am enjoying it quite a bit.
whats nice is, i have a buddy that plays as well, and he hooked me up with some nice weapons and armor which helped me out a lot.
from what i understand from personal experience, the mage is about the easiest to level up, my character is a night elf warrior, and it gets difficult to level him up the further i get along (currently lvl 63) just because the majority of his attacks are melee, so everything is close quarters attacks. where as the mage is mostly ranged attacks and you can attack multiple targets at once.
my only advice is, make sure you know someone in real life because once you are addicted, which you will be, you will will have someone to talk to about WoW when you are out at social gatherings.
all else fails
Dude, If your scared about getting addicted then you need to try and keep your doses to a minimum. I played WoW all throughout year 11 and It was fucking off the hook but I managed to give it the lick seeing that I was keeping at the maximum 2 hours on WoW every time I played. It's a good game dude. Give her a burl.

:/ yeah your right. Well what always helps then is obviously having mates who are willing to help you. WoW is a team based game so go team up!
just hire some chinese kid to do it
I've heard that theres some guys that you can hire that will actually play your character non stop until your maxxed out. You could most likely find these blokes at your local Internet cafe.

It will take forever, and everyone else u know will be pimped out while your still rocking greens and a few blues from the random decent quest reward. This game is all about the search for gear and it takes too fucking long to get it. Only option if u are short on time is PVP and then you're grinding again, and still takes forever. |
it's a hell of a time sink..that's for sure. I played it for quite a while post a temporarily immobilizing surgery, and granted it was good fun...just ate up almost entire days
I would not mind getting into it again, although I was never really into it.
I played it for a month back in 06. I played it for a month in 08 and a month in 09. In fact, I think I played it for 1 week in 09 and then cancelled my account. What exactly is fun about it? I got up to level 30 with orc wizard. I'll probably get another month next month or so, but are there any recommendations on how to get this game to click with me? Does it get fun after a certain level? Also, I have no idea what a raid is.
p.s I never got it
